Colin and team have been performing ME for over six months. I don't know Colin well, but that speaks to exactly what we requested. We didn't want this transition in the contract to drive additional scope for the site micro team. Colin has quietly moved in the factory, communicated his scope and performed the work to the satisfaction of the fab customers. And believe me, any change (in even just personnel) to our status quo is often ill received by the factory customers. I recently queried the factory for ensure their satisfaction and the people I spoke to were very happy with his response, knowledge and technical capabilities.
